Check how styles map to the page document
A word-processing file may use paragraph styles, page settings, and fonts that render differently outside its original environment. Substituted type can change line lengths and shift page breaks, even when the words themselves remain intact.
Compare headings, lists, and footnotes in the exported PDF. If hierarchy is lost or a section becomes difficult to follow, adjust the source styles and make a new copy for review.
